Just to let you know, at the moment we are still able to dispatch orders which should be delivered normally within 3 to 5 working days. However, in order to protect our amazing employees, our office hours are now limited to 09:00 – 13:00, Monday to Friday. With situations changing daily, this will be under constant review.

At Hug at Home the safety of our people remains the most important thing to us and in line with government instructions we have taken measures to close some sections of our business and ensure as many of our employees as possible can work from home.
We have also had to face the difficult decision to begin the process of suspending operations where appropriate to ensure the safety of our workforce. The skeleton staff that remain on site are able to keep safe distances from each other - we are incredibly grateful for these employees’ dedication to Hug at Home as they continue to work in the most difficult of circumstances to ensure all outstanding orders are fulfilled and that our mills are closed safely.
These are unprecedented times. Please rest assured that for our customers we are only a phone call away and we will do everything we can to help under the circumstances.
We appreciate the difficulties everyone is facing during this time, but we believe that by supporting each other we will all come out of this much stronger. So, let’s support each other, stay strong and heed the medical advice, and we look forward to the conclusion of this terrible pandemic soon.
